Greetings from the Authority.

This is to announce that the Conformity Assessment Body (CAB) renewal training is now open for registration. The face-to-face training will be organized in JUNE 2022.

Below are the details of the training:

TRAINING FOR RENEWAL OF REGISTRATION FOR CAB AUDITORS AND TECHNICAL PERSONS (FOR THE PURPOSE OF MEDICAL DEVICE REGISTRATION UNDER THE ACT 737)

Note

:

(1)

This training is mandatory for CABs who have an expired or expiring Certificate of Proficiency and wish to continue performing verification and/or full-assessment activities

This refresher course is only valid for the renewal of CAB registration. Certificate of Proficiency from this refresher course shall not be valid for the registration of a new CAB.

Failing to attend this training shall affect the renewal of registration.

The examination will be introduced and the passing mark is 80%;
   

(5)

If passed, a Certificate of Proficiency will be awarded and the certificate can be used for the purpose of registration renewal under the Act 737;

If fail, only a Certificate of Attendance will be awarded and the certificate cannot be used for the purpose of registration renewal under the Act 737;

The registration will be closed on JUNE 22, 2022 (WEDNESDAY).

To book a seat, please complete the provided Registration Forms. An invoice (for payment purposes) will be issued accordingly, upon the acceptance of the Registration Form.
