Dear Valued Stakeholders, 

 

We are pleased to announce that the Medical Device Authority (MDA) will be participating in the APHM International Healthcare Conference & Exhibition 2025, taking place from 9 to 11 June 2025 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC).

 

As part of our participation, MDA will be offering in-person consultation services (non-package consultation) to enhance stakeholder access to regulatory information and guidance as detailed below:

 

📍 Venue:
Booth No. 5025, Ground Floor (Level G), Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC), Kuala Lumpur.

 

📅 Date:
9 – 11 June 2025 (Monday – Wednesday)

 

Consultation Session Schedule:

Four (4) consultation sessions will be conducted each day throughout the program:

  • Session 1: 10:00 am – 11:00 am;
    • Session 2: 11:30 am– 12:30 pm;
    • Session 3: 2:30 pm – 3:30 pm;
    • Session 4: 3:30 pm – 4:30 pm;

 

Consultation Fee: RM100 per session (1 hour)

Payment Methods:

1. Credit Card: Payment can be made at the MDA booth during the event.

2. Online Payment (via BayarNow System): Payment must be completed before the consultation session takes place. MDA will issue a payment advice via the email provided during the session booking.

 

📌 Important Notes

  • Fees for confirmed consultation sessions are non-refundable.
  • Early booking is highly encouraged via the provided Google Form to secure your slot.  
  • Maximum of two (2) company representatives allowed per consultation session.  
  • All consultation booking shall be submitted by 2 June 2025 at 12.00 pm.
  • A confirmation email will be sent for successful consultation bookings.
